Helping you feel more balanced, focused, and in control of your mental health is my passion. I am Dr. Jamie Soroka, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner providing psychiatry services for adults. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Florida and bring over a decade of experience in mental health, addiction, and outpatient psychiatric care. I specialize in psychiatric medication management using evidence-based, compassionate treatment.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as well as related conditions including panic disorder, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, insomnia, PTSD-related symptoms, emotional dysregulation, adjustment disorder, perimenopause-related mood changes, irritability, and anger issues.
My background includes addiction treatment, inpatient crisis stabilization, and outpatient psychiatric care, allowing me to support individuals with complex mental health needs.
My treatment philosophy is collaborative and individualized. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. We will work together to create a personalized treatment plan that fits your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Your voice is central in every decision.
During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, review your history, and discuss what feels most important to you right now. My goal is to understand what you want to improve and help you feel supported from the very start. Together, we will begin building a treatment plan that feels supportive, realistic, and empowering.
I offer telehealth appointments for convenience and privacy. I accept both insurance and private pay. I provide adult-focused mental health care in a warm, professional, and non-judgmental environment.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling better, I would be honored to support you. Schedule your telehealth appointment today and take the first step toward improved mental well-being.
